Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- squash - 1 qt
- grated cheese reserve 1/4 c - 3/4 c
- soda crackers - 12 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash; drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
