Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt - 1 item
- grated onion - 1 item
- squash - 2 lb
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- dab of milk - 1 item
- Wisconsin Cheddar cheese
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash until tender in salted water. Drain and mash through ricer. Add garlic salt, onion, cheese, cracker crumbs and milk. Grease dish. Put ingredients in dish and place 1/2 cup of cracker crumbs on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
