Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- Miracle Whip - 1/2 c
- medium yellow squash, chopped - 5 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash, onion and pepper in small amount of water until tender. Drain and add all other ingredients, except 1/2 of cheese and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle remaining cheese and crumbs on top. Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 people.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
