Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 4 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/3 c
- finely chopped parsley - 3 Tbsp
- small fresh zucchini - 2 lb
How to make microwave zucchini:
Wash zucchini, but do not peel. Cut into 1/4-inch slices. Place zucchini and water in a deep 2-quart heat resistant, non-metallic casserole. Cover and heat on Full power for 7 minutes or until tender. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Heat, uncovered, on Full power for an additional 2 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
