Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • Bisquick baking mix - 1 c
  • Parmesan - 1/2 c
  • marjoram or oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • thinly sliced, unpared zucchini - 3 c

How to make zucchini appetizer:

Mix all ingredients. Spread in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Cut into 1 x 2-inch squares.
