Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- green pepper - 1/4 c
- medium size squash - 5 item
How to make squash casserole:
Slice squash; cook in small amount of water until tender. Drain and mash. Add all other ingredients, except half the cheese and cracker crumbs. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle rest of cheese and crackers on top. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
