Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1 item
- squash as much as you wish; any type - 1 item
- rolled Ritz crackers, crushed - 2 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Steam squash; place in casserole 1 layer of squash, slices of Velveeta cheese to cover squash and layer of crackers; continue with another layer of squash, cheese and crackers. Melt margarine in microwave. Pour over dish and bake at 350° until brown, about 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. Can do ahead.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
