Ingredients/Components
- large heads fresh broccoli - 2 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- milk - 1/2 c
- Ritz crackers - 1/4 lb
How to make broccoli casserole:
Steam broccoli for 5 to 7 minutes and place in a 2-quart buttered baking dish. Melt in microwave cheese, margarine and milk. Stir until creamy; pour over broccoli. Sprinkle crumbled crackers on top and bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350°. (Do not overcook.)Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
