Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- chopped onion - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1 item
- can English peas - 1 item
- vermicelli noodles - 1 lb
- chicken, boiled and deboned - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes 2 cans if you like it hot - 1 item
How to make chicken rotel:
Cook noodles and mix chicken. Saute onion and pepper in butter. Add to noodles and chicken. Stir in Ro-Tel, English peas and chopped up Velveeta cheese. Bake at 350° until cheese melts. Stir up and serve.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
