Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 12 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- chicken, cooked and deboned - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted - 1 item
- onion, sauteed - 1 item
- cans Ro-Tel - 2 item
- bell pepper, sauteed - 1 item
How to make chicken rotel:
Cook and debone chicken. Saute onion and bell pepper in margarine. Add Ro-Tel, cream of mushroom soup and grated Velveeta cheese. Cook on low until cheese melts. Cook and drain spaghetti. Add chicken to cheese mixture, then add spaghetti. Pour into large casserole (3 quart) and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
