Ingredients/Components
- medium yellow squash - 6 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- medium onion, grated - 1 item
- butter to season - 1 item
- crushed Ritz crackers - 6 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Stew squash until done. Add all ingredients, except cheese. Bake in 350° oven until light brown. Remove cover and top with grated cheese and let melt. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
