Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium tomatoes, chopped - 3 item
- medium zucchini, thinly sliced - 3 item
- basil to taste - 1 item
How to make zucchini skillet:
Brown in skillet ground beef; drain fat. Add flour, salt, pepper and basil to taste. Add onion, chopped fine. Add layer of zucchini, thinly sliced and layer of tomatoes, chopped. Put lid on skillet; steam for 20 minutes over low heat. (Best when vegetables are fresh.)Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
