Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- large eggs - 2 item
- chopped onion - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- small yellow squash - 2 lb
How to make baked squash:
Cut squash into small pieces and cook until tender. Do not overcook. Drain and put in baking dish. Immediately add butter and salt and pepper and onions. Combine milk and eggs and mix well with squash. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake for aboutRecipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
