Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1/2 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- cooked yellow squash, drained - 2 c
- onion, cut in small pieces - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all ingredients except crackers and place in a baking pan that has been sprayed with a vegetable spray. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
