Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oleo - 4 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- saltine crackers - 8 item
- yellow squash - 6 item
How to make squash casserole:
Boil squash until tender; drain. Mix all ingredients except a small amount of cheese and cracker crumbs. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle top with cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
