Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- beaten eggs - 3 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
- grated sharp cheese - 1/2 lb
- pieces toast, crumbled - 3 item
- sliced, cooked squash - 3 c
How to make squash casserole:
Boil squash 10 minutes. Saute onion until brown in 1/2 stick of butter. Add eggs, crumbs, cheese and soup together. Add squash and salt and pepper to taste. Cook 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
