Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- yellow squash - 2 lb
- crushed crackers - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash; drain and mash. Add all other ingredients and pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake in a 375° oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until set and lightly browned.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
