Ingredients/Components
- squash - 2 lb
- large onion - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 pt
- Pepperidge Farm dressing - 1 pkg
- stick margarine - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cut squash and onion; boil until tender and drain; cool. Melt margarine in dish and brown lightly under broiler. Reserve 1 cup dressing. Mix all ingredients together and place in buttered dish. Sprinkle remaining cup dressing on top. Bake at 350° until it bubbles around the edge.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
