Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 3 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- yellow squash - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion until tender; remove from heat. Add salt, pepper, margarine, cracker crumbs, 1/2 of cheese, milk and egg; mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with rest of cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
