Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 2 c
- small jar pimento, chopped - 1 item
- squash 2 pkg - 3 c
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion together. Mash squash. Add all, except last 2, ingredients; mix well. Mix butter and crumbs. Put squash mixture over crumbs. Top with the rest of crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
