Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- cheese, grated - 2 c
- yellow squash - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash; drain and mash. Combine sugar, onion, mayonnaise, eggs, salt and pepper. Stir in squash. Place in buttered dish. Sprinkle cheese on. Put cracker crumbs on top of cheese. Put 1/2 cup butter on top of crackers. Bake on 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
