Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1 pkg
- yellow or green squash, cooked - 2 lbs
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, except for stuffing. Sprinkle stuffing in bottom of a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Pour mixture over stuffing. Sprinkle one cup of stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6 to 8 people.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
