Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- to 12 small yellow squash - 10 item
- to 10 crushed Ritz crackers - 6 item
How to make squash casserole:
Slice and cook squash until tender; drain. Mix beaten egg with softened butter and add to squash along with other ingredients. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 350° until bubbling around the edges about 20 to 30 minutes. Good!Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
