Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- squash
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1 pkg
- small can pimento - 1 item
- small onions, chopped fine - 2 item
- small carrots, grated - 4 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash in salted water; drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients, except 1/2 stuffing and 1 stick oleo; mix well. Line shallow dish with remaining stuffing that has been mixed with 1 stick oleo. Reserve a little for topping. Fill with squash mixture.
