Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- onion, grated - 1 item
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- squash - 2 lb
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Boil squash that has been cut into pieces until tender. Drain well. Mix ingredients. Place in buttered casserole. Cover with stuffing and bake until bubbly at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
