Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- grated Romano cheese - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix - 2 4
- boxes frozen chopped spinach - 2 item
- cooled melted oleo - 3/4 c
How to make spinach balls:
Thaw spinach; beat eggs and combine both with stuffing, etc. Form into balls. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Makes approximately 3 dozen balls.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
