Ingredients/Components
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 c
- powdered sugar
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- margarine 1/2 stick - 1/4 c
- Chex cereal rice, corn or wheat - 9 c
How to make muddy brownies:
In 1-quart microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine. Microwave on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir until smooth and add vanilla. Pour this mixture over cereal and stir until cereal is evenly coated. In a Ziploc bag or large plastic bowl with cover, add coated cereal to powdered sugar and stir until each piece is evenly coated.
