Spinach balls
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 3/4 c
- beaten eggs - 6 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- herb stuffing mix - 1 pkg
- each pkg - 2 oz
How to make spinach balls:
Combine all ingredients. Roll into walnut-sized balls. Place on cookie sheet to freeze. When frozen, put into freezer bags.To serve, place frozen balls on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or cook for less time if not frozen.
