Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1/3 c
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • dried parsley - 1/3 c
  • jar chili sauce - 1 oz
  • instant onion - 2 Tbsp
  • Sauce:1 can jellied cranberries

How to make meatballs and sauce:

Sauce:1 can jellied cranberries1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce2 Tbsp. brown sugar1 Tbsp. lemon juice Mix all meatball ingredients together. Form meatballs. Place in greased 2-quart baking dish.

Cook sauce ingredients until smooth. Pour over raw meatballs. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
