Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- can sliced ripe olives, drained - 1 1/4
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- can bean dip - 1 1/2
- medium tomatoes, cored and chopped - 3 item
- to 3 avocados, mashed - 2 item
How to make super taco:
Cover a 12-inch round serving plate with a layer of bean dip. Layer will be thin.In a small mixing bowl, mash avocados. Stir in lemon juice. Spread avocados over bean dip. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Spread evenly over avocados. Sprinkle with green onions, chopped tomatoes, sliced ripe olives and top with cheese. Serve cold or at room temperature with crackers or tortilla chips. Serves 12 to 14.
