Ingredients/Components
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 3/4
- onion - 3 Tbsp
- bulk sausage - 3/4 lb
- can refrigerated biscuits - 1 oz
How to make pizza cups:
Brown and drain sausage. Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasoning. (Mixture will be thick.) Cook over heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Place biscuits in a greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides. Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until golden brown.Note: My grandchildren love them and they can help make them, too!
