Barbecue beef sandwiches
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- catsup - 3/4 c
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- vinegar white - 1 Tbsp
How to make barbecue beef sandwiches:
In skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Brown the beef, onion and green pepper. Drain. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes on low heat. Serve on buns. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Sandwich, Barbecue.
