Ingredients/Components
- frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 2 c
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- eggs - 4 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- melted margarine - 3/4 c
- thyme
- each: garlic, salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
How to make spinach balls:
Thaw spinach, squeezing any excess liquid from spinach. Mix all ingredients together; chill for 2 hours. Mold into balls the size of large walnuts. Bake for 30 minutes at 300°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
