  • frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
  • Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 2 c
  • large onion, diced - 1 item
  • eggs - 4 item
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • melted margarine - 3/4 c
  • thyme
  • each: garlic, salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp

How to make spinach balls:

Thaw spinach, squeezing any excess liquid from spinach. Mix all ingredients together; chill for 2 hours. Mold into balls the size of large walnuts. Bake for 30 minutes at 300°.
