Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- all-purpose flour
- yeast - 1 pkg
- lukewarm milk - 1 c
How to make sweet rolls:
Mix milk and yeast together and set aside for 5 minutes. Then add the sugar, salt, butter and eggs to the yeast. Beat thoroughly with mixer. Beat in all-purpose flour. Let dough rise for 40 minutes. Mix in flour. Cover and chill 1/2 hour in refrigerator. Knead and shape into tea rings, coffee cake or rolls. Melt butter; brush over rolls. Cover and let rise 1 hour.
