Ingredients/Components
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- Accent - 1/2 tsp
- large chopped onion - 1 item
- frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
- Pepperidge Farm seasoned dressing - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Mix together cooked and well-drained spinach with all other ingredients. Chill overnight. Roll into walnut-size balls and lay single on baking pan. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Makes about 50 balls.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
