Zucchini pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- melted margarine - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/4 c
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- clove garlic, diced small - 1 item
- zucchini in small cubes with skin - 3 c
- each oregano and parsley - 1/4 tsp
How to make zucchini pie:
Mix all ingredients in one bowl. Butter 9-inch glass dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Double recipe for 9 x 13 pan.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Italian, European.
