Sour cream fudge
Ingredients/Components
- white sugar - 2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- white syrup - 2 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
How to make sour cream fudge:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring regularly to 236° (this takes a long time).Remove from heat; add nuts and vanilla. Cool to room temperature. Beat until mixture begins to thicken. Pour at once into well buttered platter. Don't spread, top will be uneven.
