Mint dazzler



  • vanilla wafer crumbs - 4 c
  • eggs, beaten - 6 item
  • small marshmallows - 16 oz
  • powdered sugar - 3 c
  • Cool Whip - 3 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • margarine, melted - 1/2 c
  • semi-sweet chocolate, melted - 6 sq

How to make mint dazzler:

Mix and press into 12 x 9 x 2-inch dish the first two ingredients. Cream together 1/2 cup margarine and powdered sugar; add the eggs and chocolate, which has been beaten until fluffy and light. Pour this over the crust. Set this in the freezer while you fold the marshmallows into the Cool Whip. Spread this over the chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy. Keep in freezer until ready to use. Keeps well.
