Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- onion powder
- raw peanuts - 1/2 c
- cornstarch or arrowroot - 1/4 c
- additional water - 4 c
How to make sour cream:
Blend all ingredients, except additional water. Pour blended ingredients into a saucepan. Rinse blender with additional water and pour into pan. Lightly boil, stirring, about 10 minutes, until thickened.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Low protein, Condiments, etc..
