Ingredients/Components
- cup sugar - 1 item
- 1/4 cup flour - 1 item
- cup oil - 1/4 item
- 1/4 cup buttermilk - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- cup peanut butter - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- Icing:2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- cups peanut butter - 2/3 item
- cup milk - 1/3 item
How to make peanut butter cupcakes:
Icing:2 1/2 cups powdered sugar2/3 cups peanut butter1/3 cup milk1 tsp. vanilla Mix together sugar and flour. Mix oil, buttermilk, egg, baking powder and soda; then add to sugar and flour. Add peanut butter and vanilla. It's easier to mix with a fork. Fill paper cups about 1/2 full. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350°. Makes about 30 cupcakes.For icing, mix all ingredients with a fork. If too thin, add a little more powdered sugar. Ice cooled cupcakes.
