- ground red pepper - 1 tsp
- can tomatoes, cut up - 16 oz
- sesame seed - 3 Tbsp
- onions, chopped - 1/2 c
- hot pepper sauce - 2 tsp
- dried basil leaves
- white pepper
- black pepper - 3/4 tsp
- dried oregano - 1 tsp
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- bay leaves - 2 item
- dried thyme - 1 Tbsp
- green peppers, chopped - 1/2 c
- low-sodium soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- flaked crab meat - 1 can
- skinned chicken breast halves - 4 (6
- 1/2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 item
- give or take all-purpose flour - 3 Tbsp
- frozen or canned, chopped okra - 10 oz

How to make shrimp creole:
