Ingredients/Components

  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • small chopped onion - 1 item
  • backfin crab meat - 1 lb
  • small green pepper, chopped fine - 1 item
  • large slightly beaten eggs - 2 item

How to make crab cakes:

Combine all ingredients. Form into 2 to 3-inch patties. Roll in additional cracker meal. Fry in a little oil or bake in a 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
