Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- mustard
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- slices bread - 3 item
- pancake mix - 1/2 c
- crab meat
- large onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- mashed white potatoes - 3/4 c
How to make crab cakes:
Soak bread in milk. Mix with all remaining ingredients except crab meat. Add crab meat and mix well but lightly. Form into cakes and cook in melted butter or Crisco until both sides are brown.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
