Ingredients/Components
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- crab meat - 1 lb
- seasoning salt - 1/2 tsp
- Old Bay seafood seasoning - 1 tsp
- saltine crackers, beaten finely - 10 item
- all-purpose batter mix dry - 1 item
How to make crab cakes:
In one bowl mix crab meat and crackers. In another bowl, mix all other ingredients and pour over crab meat. Stir and form into cakes. Sprinkle top and bottom of cakes with batter mix. Fry quickly until golden brown.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
