Salmon dip
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- horseradish - 1 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1/2 tsp
- pecans, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- parsley, chopped fine - 2 Tbsp
- red salmon, boned, drained, flaked and skinned - 2 c
How to make salmon dip:
Mix the first six ingredients. Chill 3 or 4 hours. Roll into log shape. Chill again. When ready to serve, roll in mixture of nuts and parsley (or just nuts, if you prefer).Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
