Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • grated onion - 2 Tbsp
  • horseradish - 1 tsp
  • liquid smoke - 1/2 tsp
  • pecans, chopped fine - 1/2 c
  • parsley, chopped fine - 2 Tbsp
  • red salmon, boned, drained, flaked and skinned - 2 c

How to make salmon dip:

Mix the first six ingredients. Chill 3 or 4 hours. Roll into log shape. Chill again. When ready to serve, roll in mixture of nuts and parsley (or just nuts, if you prefer).
