Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- fine dry bread crumbs - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- white dinner wine - 2 c
- fish fillets halibut, sole, perch - 2 lb
- sour cream or yogurt or buttermilk - 1 c
How to make baked fish fillets:
Marinate fish in wine and salt for 2 hours. Drain. Dip in crumbs. Arrange side by side in greased shallow pan. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and onion. Spread over fish. Sprinkle with crumbs. Dust with paprika. Bake at 500° for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Fish, Freshwater fish, Perch.
