Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- grated onion - 1 tsp
- horseradish - 1 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
- small can salmon, drained - 1 item
How to make salmon ball:
Mix all ingredients after you have drained and boned salmon. Put in refrigerator to chill. Roll in 1/4 cup chopped pecans and enough parsley to roll in. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Salmon.
