  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
  • can cream of shrimp soup - 1 item
  • haddock - 1 1
  • to 30 Ritz crackers - 28 item

How to make mock lobster:

Place fish in a well buttered baking dish. Coat with the soup (do not dilute soup). Cook 20 to 25 minutes at 375°. Take crackers and crush in plastic bag. Melt margarine. Add to crackers, garlic powder and put over fish. Bake for another 10 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes before serving. Preparation time: 10 minutes. Total cooking time: 30 to 35 minutes.
