Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- dried dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- onion - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- can salmon - 1 1/2
How to make salmon burgers:
Drain salmon and flake, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add balance of ingredients. Mix. Form into patties. Chill. Fry in oil until lightly browned. Top with Ranch dressing. Serve on hamburger buns. Very good.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
