  • grated onion - 3 Tbsp
  • minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • Louisiana Red Hot sauce - 1 tsp
  • lemons, sliced - 2 item
  • grated green bell pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • Tbsp chopped onion tops - 1 item
  • red snapper or bass - 4 lb

How to make barbecued fish:

Melt margarine in a saucepan. Add all other ingredients except fish; stir well. Place fish on a sheet of heavy foil and pour sauce over fish. Seal foil making sure there is no leakage. Place on a grill; turn every 20 minutes, being careful not to tear foi
