Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- grated onion - 3 Tbsp
- minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
- Louisiana Red Hot sauce - 1 tsp
- lemons, sliced - 2 item
- grated green bell pepper - 1 Tbsp
- Tbsp chopped onion tops - 1 item
- red snapper or bass - 4 lb
How to make barbecued fish:
Melt margarine in a saucepan. Add all other ingredients except fish; stir well. Place fish on a sheet of heavy foil and pour sauce over fish. Seal foil making sure there is no leakage. Place on a grill; turn every 20 minutes, being careful not to tear foiRecipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Seafood.
